OUR BARN:
Our 2 barns are 109 x 68 metal pole barn containing 78 - 12x12 boxed stalls bedded fresh with shavings when you arrive.
You are expected to clean daily. Muck buckets will be furnished.
There are rings and snaps in each stall (you must bring your own buckets). Wash bay with hot and
cold water is provided for horses.Our tack room is located at the entrance of the barn.
Pricing:
• 78 stalls @ 20.00 per night for each horse.
• Stalls are bedded with shaving on arrival. Extra Shavings may be purchased @ 10.00 per scoop.
A LITTLE ABOUT OUR TRAILS:
Iron Mountain Horse Camp is located in the beautiful Jefferson Forest part of the Mount Rogers National Park. You can ride right out the gate onto the trails that will take you from an hour ride to days of riding, what ever you desire. You can ride the Virginia Highland Horse Trail, Divide Trail, Dry Gap run, Iron Mountain Horse trail, Horse Heaven loop, Yellow Branch, and many, many more. Ride though Raven Cliff, Cripple Creek, Cole's Branch, Devils Den, also located near The New River Trail. You can ride hundreds of miles of beautiful scenic trails. View wildlife while you ride. Danny and I enjoy riding with our guests. So if there is any way we can we would love to be your guide.
